Overcome overwhelm,

This remedy of the Elm flowers is for those who feel at times overwhelmed by the responsibility and scope of their work, and the feeling of inadequacy results in despondency and exhaustion. These people are very capable, efficient and intuitional and often hold positions of importance. They know they have the ability to do all that is required of them. At times the magnitude of responsibilities is such that it is humanly not possible to cope, which may cause distress. The doubt of their ability and power leaves them feeling temporarily weak and exhausted.

Used when one feels overwhelmed or overburdened by responsibilities, for feeling that a task is just too difficult to accomplish.

Dosage: Take about two drops from the stock bottle and add it in a little water, milk or any way convenient to consume. In urgent cases the doses may be given frequently or at interval of 2 to 3 hours depending upon case. In those unconscious, moisten the lips frequently.
